1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "lakiwn," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the lakiwn online gaming platform operating at https://lakiwn.cam and all associated services and features.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lakiwn platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the lakiwn platform to access real-money gaming services.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the lakiwn platform, including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, mines, and cricket markets.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Players by lakiwn subject to promotional terms.
• "Funds" refers to PHP-denominated real-money balance deposited into and held in a Player's lakiwn account wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates online gaming operations relevant to Philippine-resident players.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the lakiwn platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by lakiwn, PAGCOR, or any other gaming authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a lakiwn account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. lakiwn reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any point and to suspend access pending verification.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on the lakiwn platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are discovered, lakiwn will:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void any pending bets or bonus claims across all accounts;
• Forfeit any balance held in duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the player from the lakiwn platform at its sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lakiwn login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. lakiwn will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the lakiwn support team immediately through our 24/7 live chat service.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

lakiwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where, in its reasonable judgment, a player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the lakiwn platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya (instant processing)
• BPI online banking transfer
• BDO online banking transfer
• Metrobank online banking transfer

Deposits are credited to your lakiwn wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. lakiwn does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

lakiwn reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency. You may be required to provide documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

lakiwn offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and hold a fully active lakiwn account in good standing;
• Each bonus promotion will specify an applicable Wagering Requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will be voided without compensation;
• lakiwn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a player's participation in a promotion, or adjust bonus terms where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these conditions is identified;
• Players who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits that restrict their eligibility for a promotion will not receive the associated bonus credit;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.

6 Gameplay & Wagering

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the lakiwn platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a product-specific feature (such as a cash-out option in sports betting) explicitly allows it;
• lakiwn's system logs constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed and game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the lakiwn server record, the server record shall prevail;
• lakiwn uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all games where RNG applies. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by lakiwn at any time;
• In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during a gaming session, lakiwn will endeavour to restore the session and honour all valid bets. Where restoration is not possible, bets affected by a verified system failure may be voided and stakes returned at lakiwn's discretion.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may include proof of address;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the lakiwn account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day;
• lakiwn reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of these checks;
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and bonus funds that have cleared their Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn.

8 Responsible Gaming

lakiwn is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices and the well-being of all players. The following tools are available to all registered lakiwn accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, the system enforces it automatically and any request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts and hard session cut-offs through account settings;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily suspend their lakiwn account for a minimum of 24 hours or indefinitely through the self-exclusion feature in account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's request prior to expiry;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at set intervals remind players of elapsed session time and cumulative wagering amounts.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lakiwn platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structured deposits designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or exploit games;
• Creating multiple accounts or facilitating the creation of accounts on behalf of third parties for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or exploiting bonuses;
• Accessing the lakiwn platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without appropriate authorisation;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the lakiwn platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game names, software, graphics, text, audio, video, user interface design, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lakiwn or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the lakiwn platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of lakiwn intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lakiwn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials;
• Any decision, action, or omission made in reliance on information provided on the lakiwn platform.

In all cases where lakiwn is found liable under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your lakiwn account at the time the claim arose.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online gaming and digital services. For players resident in the Philippines, the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and relevant Philippine legislation applies to the extent that it governs online gaming activities accessible to Philippine residents.

lakiwn operates in accordance with its licensing obligations and applicable international standards for online gaming operators. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lakiwn with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
